TERM AND POLICIES OF STOTRAK HOTELS

Rates & Taxes :

All room rates displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes.

GST will be charged as per Government of India regulations :

5% GST on room tariffs up to ₹7,500 per room per night.

18% GST on room tariffs of ₹7,501 and above.

Booking & Payment Policy :

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of 50% advance payment.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to check-in.

Failure to complete payment within the stipulated timeline may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.

Rates are subject to availability and may change during long weekends, festive periods, peak seasons, and blackout dates.

Check-in & Check-out Policy :

Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs

Standard check-out time: 10:00 hrs

Early check-in before 07:00 hrs will be charged from the previous night.

Early check-in between 07:00 hrs and 08:00 hrs may be permitted at 50% of the applicable room tariff, subject to availability.

Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Inclusions :

Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi during the stay.

Complimentary RO-treated drinking water daily.

Tea/Coffee maker with once-daily replenishment.

Buffet or fixed-menu meals as per the selected meal plan.

Concierge assistance available from 0800 hrs to 2000 hrs.

Guest Identification Policy :

As per Government of India and Department of Tourism guidelines, all Indian nationals must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Accepted IDs include Passport, Voter ID Card, or Valid Driving License.

PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identification.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy :

Cancellation 7 days or more prior to check-in: First night retention applicable.

Cancellation 7–4 days prior to check-in: 50% of total booking amount will be charged.

Cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% retention of booking amount.

No-show bookings will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

General Terms :

Rates are net, non-commissionable, and subject to change without prior notice.

Rates displayed on the website are not valid for resale or distribution by third parties.

Non-utilisation of any included services will not be eligible for a refund.

Any additional services such as extra bed/mattress, laundry, telephone usage, or recreational activities will be charged separately.

Food & Beverage availed outside the booked package must be settled directly at the hotel before check-out.

Guests must carry their booking confirmation or voucher at the time of check-in.

Sustainability Practices :

In line with our sustainability initiatives, drinking water is served as fresh RO-treated water in reusable jars or bottles.

Dental kits and slippers are provided on request.

Billing & Invoices :

Guests are requested to collect their GST invoice at the time of check-out or within 48 hours thereafter.

Invoice requests beyond this period may not be entertained.

Privacy Policy :

Personal information shared during booking or stay is collected solely for reservation, operational, and legal purposes.

Guest information is not shared with third parties except where required by law or government authorities.

Online payments are processed via secure payment gateways; Stotrak Hotels does not store card details.

Guest contact information may be used for booking confirmations and service-related communication.
